Born and raised in Adelaide, Janette’s journey to Western Australia began with the long trek across the Nullarbor in 1989. Not long after arriving, she met her husband in Port Hedland, where the next chapter of her life began.
Janette went on to build a life and career in Kalgoorlie, where she worked in education while raising her two children. After many rewarding years in the education sector, she decided it was time for a new challenge and a fresh direction. In 2022, Janette and her husband made the move to Kambalda, where she embraced new opportunities and continues to grow both personally and professionally.
With a genuine passion for learning, Janette is always looking for ways to improve and develop new skills. She enjoys being part of a team and values the connections and collaboration that come from working with others.
Outside of work her greatest joy is spending time with her family and making the most of the outdoors. She loves sunshine, surfing, camping, woodworking and sport of all kinds. Whether she’s tackling a new project, exploring the great outdoors, or cheering on her favourite team, Janette brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude to everything she does.
